Rear brakes vibrated and made noise when brake peddle was applied. The personnel at service desk were interestted in getting the vehicle in ASAP to correct the problem. The shop floor manager rode with me in the car to listen for the noise and stood along the parking lot to listen for the noise. He verified the noise and the problem was corrected and repaired. Anchor GMC/Bucik has always been an outstanding place to do business. The personnel are frienldy and professional and always fair.
