Over all I have been very happy with Anchor Buick, GMC starting with Steve Mahoney in sales (his customer relation is very professional and gives an honest, low pressure vibe to the purchasing experience, biggest reason why I choose Anchor over other dealers). I also have to praise the 3 people at the service desk, Kevin, George, and Trish, they have always been very professional, understanding and extremely helpful. At times lately I have been somewhat frustrated by my vehicle with numerous failures over the last couple years, failures when added together does not speak well for GMC products. I understand nothing is forever trouble free and mechanical equipment will fail at times but when major failures and repairs continue to build up then one has to question the reliability of the product a manufacturer is putting out. If not for the 3 service writers you have and their over all customer skills they have I would be very much more upset. They have always done everything they could to help me with keeping me informed about the status and even providing me with a loaner when the repair was for more than the one day. How I was treated by them does speak very well of your team and your dealership. I worked as a field service engineer for a large international instrument manufacturer for 37 years, I know how important service is, it can make or break a company. You have a great team.

This is the second Sierra I purchased from Anchor. Lisa was my sales representative for both purchases and would certainly use her again for future purchases. She made the purchase so easy. Well I was good with service my rear window was leaking tried to fix it once before it didn’t work so a new rear window was ordered and you had another vender put it in B and G glass in Glasgow De well they destroyed my head liner in my 80,000 dollar truck needless to say to say I’m not happy they are willing to fix it but it should of never happened in the first place and I was assured they would not damage my truck and yet they did and all I want to make this right is to have the same black Swede headliner that’s in an ULTIMATE DENALI and to make sure they replace my windshield with a GM and not an after market one

Wasn't nothing wrong with my vehicle, but my diagnostic told me to take it to the nearest Chevrolet dealer to look at something with the anti-lock braking system and guess what was nothing wrong with it and guess what you happen to owe us a $174 for looking at it for nothing you would never ever see me in life again it's like putting alcohol in a Visine bottle you'll get one eye but you won't get 2 eyes.

I was not at your dealership for service on 9/20/2025. The last time I was there I had a valve cover replaced under warranty. I no sooner got out of the parking lot and the service brake pad monitor came on. I notified the service dept. and they told me to come back the next business day. when I brought it back they told me the monitor was attached to the brake pads and I would need new front rotors and pads at a cost of $650. Two days before I brought my truck in I checked the vehicle status and it said I had 45% front brake pad life left. At the time I had 41,000 miles on the truck. I have never heard of the rotors needing to be changed with that few miles on a vehicle.

The service writer was very good, he’s been there a long time and he’s very knowledgeable. My only issue was that I asked that my tires be rotated in an X pattern. The service writer did notice on the work order, but it wasn’t done. I’m more to my tires with colored markers to make sure that it was done correctly so I went back in and told him it was not done correctly. He asked another technician to bring it in and cross the front tires, which he did. The technician stated that he had done it that way, but he did not the service. Writer handled everything and it was fine in the end.

Very happy with the people there unhappy with the GMC product. General motors have put food on my table as a young kid. Not happy with my running board. Motor running up on me. I have a 75-year-old mother that I let in on the passenger side.. And it's hard for her to get in my truck. Unacceptable the truck is not old

My experience here has always been good, and I truly trust them with my GMC. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because my vehicle had an issue that couldn’t pass DMV inspection and the problem is still ongoing with the OBDII. George and Trish are always on top of things, providing updates whenever possible and doing everything they can to help. Unfortunately, the issue with my car is still unresolved. George even reached out to a GMC-certified engineer to diagnose the problem, and after keeping the car for almost three weeks, the cause still couldn’t be identified. We eventually decided to take the car back, and George let us know that courtesy vehicles and rentals were unavailable due to high demand from other customers. While the overall situation wasn’t what I had hoped for, George and Trish were understanding, supportive, and genuinely tried their best to fix the issue. I appreciate their efforts and will continue to trust them with my vehicle.
